So Pic Collage was loading fine with no prompt but as soon as I connected it to Configurator and updated the app, I get the prompt. The iPad I mentioned that was running 11.0.1 and was not getting the 'sign in.' prompt had older versions of some of apps compared to the iPad with the issue. I have some more info from my most recent testing which may help though. I have completely reset one of the iPads and found we still get the error. We did previously have an iTunes account assigned to it because we needed to with the old version of Configurator.
